Victorian Club Registration - Annual Membership

All makes and models are welcome — from street driven to track cars to motorbikes to classics. If you’re into cars and motorbikes, you’ll fit in here.
New Club Permits:
You will need a valid Roadworthy Certificate for the vehicle you intend of putting on Club Permit.
Once signed off you can take your completed forms in to VicRoads along with your Roadworthy Certificate and collect your Club Plates.
We do not charge you for additional vehicles. One fee, once per year.
Transferring to Primal Motor Club:
You do not need a Roadworthy Certificate.
Club permit must be under your name to be able to transfer.
